ORANGE DAY

COLLEGE PREP 12

1. Hamlet
-teach technique for DramaticSituation responses
-read in Act 2 Scene 2 and read until the PLAYERS enter....
-do a dramatic situation web based on one of the three choice quotes I gave you (see me if you need them again...or, look at the HONORS ENGLISH blog entry from the last orange day on this blog...you had the same choices...)
2. Please remember your vocab quiz is Tuesday

COLLEGE PREP 9

1. Vocabulary-we will have the test on TUESDAY and we will go over the review exercises before the quiz!
2. LittleTree
-please read the next chapter (Willow John) for next time
-for the rest of the class, we were in the library doing research for our American Indian project...this project is due next THURSDAY

HONORS/DUAL ENROLLMENT

1. Hamlet
-discuss 2.2 via the dramatic situations you did...also, there were additional notes taken in class on this....
-Begin film for Act 2...TAKE GOOD NOTES as we 'read' the film
-there are TWO dramatic situation webs I want you to do for next class. The first one is a 'free choice' from any line you find in the film viewing today (whether we talked about it or not!)....the second one must come from the final soliloquy of Act 2 (the one that starts with Hamlet saying "so goodbye to you...o what a rogue and peasant slave am I...")....therefore, be sure to READ and UNDERSTAND that final soliloquy and understand what Hamlet is talking about....choose any line you want from that soliloquy and do the dramatic situation for it....
2. Vocab-your test is on Tuesday!
