Today we took our vocab quiz and then we read in HEROES from page 37-45 and discussed as we read....
COLLEGE ENGLISH
Today we quickly finished our discussion/notes on a CULTURAL HERO....you may want to consider using some of this info in your composition....SPEAKING OF WHICH, you were given the prompt for your "Beowulf" composition....there is no due date yet--just begin to think about the prompt!
We began the final part of the story "The Death of Beowulf".....we read together in class up to line 107....we discussed as we read....you were encouraged to take notes because after we finish reading the section, you will have a quiz on JUST this final section...it will be True/False and short answer....we will finish it next time!
Your vocab test is next THURSDAY!!!
