Today we began literary terms review....we will be using literary terms when we read short stories coming up in the next couple of weeks...if you are out, get the notes you missed
COLLEGE ENGLISH
Today I passed back midterm exams for you to look over before I collected them again...
For MONTE CRISTO, I showed a few clips of the film in order to help you better comprehend what is going on (especially since we havent read in over a week because of midterms!)....
We began reading at chapter 17....we read some in class....chapter 17 and 18 can be skimmed (or even skipped)...but please carefully read chapter 19, 20, and 21 for next time!!! Remember--in chapter 20, the scene changes drastically because "The Count" emerges for the first time!!
