Today we finished the book HEROES, starting on page 118 and reading through the end....
There was an open book "test" that went along with the book....we discussed this after folks were done!
We will do ONE MORE THING with the book on Friday

A reminder that your vocab test is this FRIDAY
A reminder that your book talks are to be presented on TUESDAY
Today in class we worked on some writing skills involving "faulty parallelism" when writing....I saw many issues and errors with this with your last composition, so we went over it....
There were some notes and examples given, and then there was a worksheet where you were asked to RE WRITE the sentences correctly....please note that on Friday, you will be given a "take home test" to do for class next week!
