1. MONTE CRISTO
-fulfill most of character list...take good notes as we will have char matching quiz next week!
-collect papers due today!
-explain 'new style' of teaching the book...at this point, I want to continue on your own with the story--perhaps reading 30ish pages each day--and finish it on your own and we will have a test RIGHT after vacation...this will enable us to use class time to focus on some more of the transcendent and thematic elements of the story ....

-go over though questions for 24-26
-read chapter 27 quickly together...
-Do ch 28 thought questions for next time...they will be a grade...you only have to read ch 28

DUAL ENROLLMENT

-big discussion on character list, study guide, reading, etc...we took a lot of notes today....great job and great participation...
-read on own...I would suggest 30 pages or so per class...I will explain our new style of doing this book when we meet again....
