-begin discussion/notes/definitions of lit terms!
-we did not finish all of them, and we will finish them next time
2. Vocab
-review words by putting them in sentences....
-go over some of them
-prepare for your quiz on TUESDAY

HONORS/COLLEGE COMP

1. Late start because of picture day........
2. Beowulf
-take notes as groups on section 1 of the reading
-go over THE BATTLE WITH GRENDEL and discuss notes
-briefly begin BATTLE WITH MOTHER
-please read this section for next time...please take good notes on Beowulf's arrogance AND how he starts to become a sort of 'supernatural' being
-please 'research' a superhero of your choice...take notes on their a) super power/strength b) arch enemy
3. Please prepare for your vocab quiz which will be on Tuesday
